Together We Stand

Dear Friends,

Thank you for your continued support of Stop Handgun Violence.

These are difficult times for our community. Massachusetts has been hit hard by COVID019 and we are beyond thankful for our health care providers on the frontline and for all the essential workers helping us stay fed and cared for.

This pandemic reminds us once again that our community pulls together during times of crisis. Whether it is donating to food banks, sewing masks for homeless shelters or helping facilitate long distance learning, the work of our community in this crisis shows the true colors of our spirit. And we couldn’t be prouder to call Massachusetts home.

We know that for many in our community, it feels like the world has stopped. While we know that for many it has, the work at Stop Handgun Violence continues.

No matter what happens over the next week, month, year or longer, we will continue to fight for stronger gun laws. We will continue to educate our elected officials, distribute trigger locks and support the work of student activists.

Stop Handgun Violence stood with you after 9/11. We stood with you after the Marathon Bombing. And we will stand with you after this pandemic. But we cannot do it without your support.

Please help support our work on Giving Tuesday Now, May 5th by donating here.

Thank you!
